Night Reset Sessions     Infant Sleep Support         Toddler Sleep Support

Not Sure You Need Full Sleep Coaching?  Consider Night Reset Sessions

There’s a specific kind of exhaustion that hits around week three or month four. It can be after that random sleep regression that no on warned you about.

It’s not always full-blown crisis mode.  It's just....heavy.  You aren't sure if something is wrong. You aren't sure if this is normal.
It’s just… heavy.  You aren't sure whether to change everything or change nothing.

And that in-between space can feel surprisingly overwhelming.

Not Every Season Needs a Full Overhaul

Sometimes families assume they need a comprehensive sleep package:
  • A long plan.
  • Daily check-ins.
  • Structured tracking.

But often what they actually need is clarity.  A second set of steady eyes on what's happening. A reminder of what's developmentally normal.

A few simple shifts to try tonight.
That’s where a Night Reset Session fits. Investment: $175

What a Night Reset Actually Is

  • It’s a 60-minute private session designed to stabilize your nights.
  • Part ask-me-anything.
  • Part practical problem-solving.
  • Part nervous-system regulation for you.
  • We talk through what’s happening right now.
  • Newborn nights that feel flipped.
  • A baby who suddenly fights sleep.
  • Early morning wake-ups.
  • Nap battles.
  • Partner tension around who’s doing what at 2am.
You bring the questions.  I help you sort through them calmly.

What You Leave With

Not a massive PDF or rigid rulebook.

You leave with:
A few clear adjustments.
  • A short-term plan.
  • Reassurance about what’s normal.
  • And permission to stop spiraling.

Sometimes small shifts are enough.
Sometimes clarity alone changes everything.

When It’s a Good Fit

A Night Reset Session works beautifully when:
  • You don’t want a full sleep training plan.
  • You’re pregnant and want to prevent chaos before it starts.
  • You’ve hit a rough stretch and need guidance fast.
  • You just want to ask someone, “Is this okay?”

It’s steady support without overwhelm.

And When It’s Not

  • If you’re looking for intensive, long-term sleep coaching with structured follow-up and detailed written plans, this likely isn’t the right fit. Scroll down for more information on this.
  • If you want someone to completely take over and prescribe rigid rules, that’s not how I work.
  • This may not be the right fit if your goal is to continue full-time bedsharing or if you’re not comfortable with any amount of protest while building sleep skills.
I support responsive, connected parenting — but I also help families gently move toward more independent sleep over time.
If your philosophy is firmly rooted in maintaining full contact sleep without change, I may not be the best guide for that journey.
And that’s okay. The right support should feel aligned.

This is collaborative.
Grounded.
Practical.
It’s about helping your family feel stable again — not chasing perfection.

If your nights feel heavier than they need to be, a reset might be all you need. You don’t have to solve it alone at 2am. You can learn more about Night Reset Sessions here. Schedule a consult to discuss if  a Night Reset Session is for you. If you  don't want to wait another minute and would like to schedule a session now, please email me at [email protected] to schedule a session ASAP.

Best for Families Who:

  • Want hands-on help getting bedtime on track
  • Need someone to take the lead and show exactly what to do
  • Feel unsure about what’s “normal” for this age
  • Don’t want rigid schedules or extreme sleep training
  • Are exhausted and want predictable nights

My Sleep Philosophy

I use a wide range of sleep options all with realistic expectations.
Crying can happen, but your baby is never left unsupported and never pushed beyond what’s developmentally appropriate.

You’ll never get:
  • “Do it THIS way” rules
  • Pressure to night-wean before you're ready
  • Extreme independence training
  • Harsh approaches
  • Shaming over how your baby falls asleep now

You’ll always get:
  • Warm, evidence-based care
  • Practical, doable steps
  • Flexible routines that fit your family
  • A partner who listens
  • Structure without rigidity

Sleep Support for Older Babies and Toddlers
Sleep challenges don’t magically disappear after the newborn stage.
In fact, for many families, sleep gets harder as babies grow, develop, and assert their opinions.

Picture

If your older baby or toddler is:
  • Fighting bedtime
  • Waking frequently overnight
  • Needing you to fall asleep (and again… and again…)
  • Experiencing regressions, separation anxiety, or big developmental leaps
  • Transitioning naps or moving to a toddler bed
—you are not doing anything wrong.

You’re navigating a normal (and often exhausting) phase of early childhood.

My approach to older baby and toddler sleep is responsive, flexible, and relationship-centered — not one-size-fits-all and not focused on forcing independence before your child (or you) are ready.

We’ll look at:
  • Your child’s temperament, age, and development
  • What’s happening emotionally and biologically
  • Your family values and comfort level
  • What’s sustainable for you long-term (this matters!)

This is about more rest with less stress, not rigid schedules or ignoring your instincts.

Support Without Pressure or Shame.
Some want support around bedtime battles.
Some just want reassurance that what they’re experiencing is normal — and a plan to get through it.

You don’t need to label yourself as “sleep training” or “not sleep training” to work with me.

We’ll choose tools that align with you.

This support is a good fit if you have:
  • Babies roughly 10 months to 3 years
  • Toddlers who are resisting sleep or waking often
  • A child whose sleep changed suddenly and never went back
  • A gut feeling that “something’s off,” even if everything looks fine on paper
  • Toddlers who have a new sibling on the way or here

What Support Can Look Like:
Based on your needs, support may include:
  • Sleep rhythm and schedule guidance
  • Bedtime routine support
  • Night-waking strategies
  • Nap transitions and regressions
  • Emotional reassurance for you, not just your child
  • Video message for your toddler

You deserve rest — and you deserve support that feels human, not clinical.
