Infant Sleep Support (4-9 months)
Gentle, realistic sleep foundations - without rigid rules or overwhelm

By four months, sleep can feel unpredictable and exhausting and this is the ideal time for sleep support.
You don't need extreme methods or contradictory advice.

You need a clear, simple plan, real-time support, and someone who knows what's normal (and what actually helps).

Why Families Choose This Approach

✔ Evidence-based, developmentally appropriate
✔ Attachment-friendly + emotionally safe
✔ A structured plan without rigid “must do” rules
✔ Support during the actual bedtime routine to set you up for success
✔ Guidance so you aren’t second-guessing every cry, wake-up, or nap

Your baby learns healthy sleep habits.
You regain evenings, predictability, and rest.

What This Package Includes

One Night of In-Home Sleep Support (8–12 hours)

I come to your home for bedtime + the full night to help with:
  • Strengthening age-appropriate sleep foundations
  • Understanding bedtime cues + routines
  • Responding to wake-ups in a calm, consistent way
  • Helping your baby settle with supportive methods
  • Managing feeds (breast or bottle)
  • Keeping things developmentally appropriate
  • Real-time troubleshooting so you’re never guessing
Your baby will fuss at times (all babies do), but my goal is responsiveness + comfort — never harsh or high-stress approaches.

Up to 2 Weeks of Virtual Support

Once the in-home night sets the foundation, you get ongoing help as sleep improves.
Includes:
  • Personalized sleep plan
  • Messaging support (during agreed upon hours)
  • Step-by-step changes as your baby adapts
  • Nap guidance
  • Adjustments for regressions, growth spurts, or travel
  • Clear next steps so you’re never stuck

Additional in person nights can be added for an additional fee

Best for Families Who:

  • Want hands-on help getting bedtime on track
  • Need someone to take the lead and show exactly what to do
  • Feel unsure about what’s “normal” for this age
  • Don’t want rigid schedules or extreme sleep training
  • Are exhausted and want predictable nights
  • Want a clear plan AND support while implementing it
  • Have tried piecing together advice but nothing has worked long-term

My Sleep Philosophy

I use a wide range of sleep options all with realistic expectations.
Crying can happen, but your baby is never left unsupported and never pushed beyond what’s developmentally appropriate.

You’ll never get:
  • “Do it THIS way” rules
  • Pressure to night-wean before you're ready
  • Extreme independence training
  • Harsh approaches
  • Shaming over how your baby falls asleep now

You’ll always get:
  • Warm, evidence-based care
  • Practical, doable steps
  • Flexible routines that fit your family
  • A partner who listens
  • Structure without rigidity
